Community Marketing created the following: Branding guidelines, customer service protocol, created marketing material and templates following the branding guidelines in English and Spanish.

On social media, a software for lead generation was connected to their ads account so that they could run them and receive lead information from Facebook more easily. On Google, their Google My Business account was updated and their google ads were optimized, a month after the optimization, their website traffic increased by 80%.
